Traces of Akoya will ship our olfactory arts & botanical treasures across all continents.
Online orders ship from the Traces of Akoya home base in Atlanta, GA within 7-10 business days of the order being placed. Traces of Akoya makes all products in small batches for optimal freshness. We are a small team. Occasionally your order may be delayed a day or two as we process & package some orders in real time. Thank you for your understanding as we grow and learn with you.
USA
For orders within the USA, we use FedEx and USPS. Please select USPS standard ground shipping for PO Boxes to the USA.
INTERNATIONAL
For International orders, we use DHL Express for express shipping. DHL Express does not ship to PO Boxes.

REFUNDS & TRANSACTION
We affirm that you will embrace the offerings presented by Traces of Akoya. We will do what we can to ensure one’s fulfillment with every purchase/exchange. Due to the nature of our offerings we do not accept returns. We offer samples of featured products on our webspace, so you can test the offering before purchasing the full size. We will offer a replacement or a shop credit in certain circumstances.
LOST PACKAGES
If your parcel has been lost during shipping, please reach out to us. We will file and see to a claim on behalf of your parcel. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
